The TDA-6C Aerosol Generator is a portable Laskin nozzle jet-type dust generator capable of producing submicron suspended particles with concentrations ranging from 10 to 100 micrograms per liter in airflow rates from 50 to 2000 cubic feet per minute. All Laskin nozzle jet-type dust generators feature a durable stainless steel structure, large filling port, independent nozzle control, pressure control, and 3" standard clean connection output. An optional adapter allows suspended particles to be introduced into positive pressure systems. Whatever your testing needs, we have a model that meets your requirements.
The TDA-6C Aerosol Generator is the latest design of a durable, lightweight Laskin nozzle dust generator. The TDA-6C is a standalone dust generator that only requires a suitable voltage source to produce polydisperse submicron suspended particles.

TDA-6C Aerosol Generator Functions:

The TDA-6C Aerosol Generator has 6 Laskin nozzle jets. When operating at 20 psig pressure, the entire output is diluted by 200 cubic feet of air, with a gas concentration close to 100 micrograms per liter. The built-in regulating valve can adjust between 2 nozzles or 6 nozzles for dust generation, providing a wide range of gas concentrations.
The TDA-6C Aerosol Generator is recommended for testing systems with airflow rates of 2000 cubic feet per minute or less. It is ideal for workstations, negative pressure filtration units, biological safety cabinets, ceiling filtration modules, small or portable clean units, or HEPA filter units during installation, when suitable clean compressed air is not readily available.
