Relevant industries urgently require methods and instruments for high-throughput, in-depth analysis of the immune system at the single-cell level. While traditional flow cytometry methods can only capture as many fluorescent parameters as the number of detectors, spectral flow cytometry captures the full fluorescence spectrum of each marker corresponding to all laser beams, allowing for the acquisition of more parameters in a single experiment.

Small Particle Detection

The NovoCyte Opteon FSC/SSC detection optical system and signal processing circuitry have been dual-optimized for 488 nm-SSC and 405 nm-SSC, enabling the resolution of particles as small as 80 nm without needing to adjust settings to view larger cells in the same sample.
