Spanish ACTREG ACT20R Pneumatic Actuator ACT20R pneumatic actuator is powered by compressed air, driving the gear transmission of the output shaft through the linear motion of the piston rack, providing angular travel output. Available in double-acting and single-acting types, it is widely suitable for the switching and regulation of ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and other angular travel valves. Performance Features
Indicator: The indicator complies with VID/VIE3845 NAMUR standards, facilitating the installation of accessories such as limit switches and positioners.
Output Shaft: The integrated forged nickel-alloy steel output shaft design meets NAMUR, ISO5211, and DIN3337 standards. Custom specifications are available upon customer request.
Cylinder Body: Made from high-quality extruded aluminum alloy with hard anodized surface and Teflon coating.
End Covers: Die-cast aluminum alloy with anodized hardening treatment and metal polyester coating.
Piston: Cast aluminum with hard anodized treatment.
Adjustment Bolts: Two independent travel adjustment bolts allow easy adjustment of the valve opening and closing angle within ±5°.
Springs: Made from high-quality spring steel, pre-assembled under pressure. Easy to disassemble or change the number of springs to meet different torque output ranges.
Piston Rings: Low-friction, long-life composite materials, easy to maintain and replace.
Seals: Nitrile rubber is used at normal temperatures. Special seals are available for high and low-temperature conditions upon customer request.
Air Source Interface: Complies with NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
