AIRTORQUE PT350BDA F07+F10-N-22DS Pneumatic Actuator features a rack and pinion double-piston symmetrical design, ensuring fast and smooth operation, high precision, and large output power. By simply changing the piston assembly position, reverse rotation can be achieved. The extruded high-quality aluminum alloy cylinder body, with precision-machined internal bore and external surfaces, undergoes hard anodizing (in special cases, anodizing + Teflon coating), resulting in longer service life and a low friction coefficient. Integrated design: all double-acting and single-acting actuator models share the same cylinder body and end caps, making it easy to change the acting mode by adding or removing springs. Combined pre-loaded safety spring sets allow for convenient and safe installation or adjustment of the number of springs, both during assembly and on-site. Two separate adjustment screws on the external side provide precise and convenient adjustment of the valve open and closed positions for actuators already installed on valves. For full stroke adjustment, longer adjustment screws are additionally provided on both end caps. Multi-functional position indicator offers on-site visual indication, compliant with VDI/VIE3845 and NAMUR standard slots, capable of mounting and outputting all accessories such as limit switch boxes, electro-pneumatic positioners, and position sensors (Pepperl+Fuchs, Turck). The air source interface complies with NAMUR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMUR standard solenoid valves. Composite material bushings on the back of the rack, piston guide rings, and output shaft bearings prevent metal-to-metal friction, enhance lubrication, and ensure low friction and long service life. All fasteners are made of stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. Connection parts comply with the new international standard specifications ISO5211 and DIN3337 (F03-F25), ensuring interchangeability and universality in product installation.
