CHUNG HORNG ENTERPRISE CO.LTD SHEN KANG TAICHUNG TAIWAN The C-MAX C-2250DA 120PSI Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator is an execution device driven by air pressure to open/close or regulate valves, also known as a pneumatic actuator or pneumatic device, though commonly referred to as a pneumatic head. Pneumatic actuators are sometimes equipped with certain auxiliary devices. Commonly used ones include valve positioners and handwheel mechanisms. The function of the valve positioner is to utilize feedback principles to improve the performance of the actuator, enabling it to achieve precise positioning according to the control signals from the controller.

Designed with a rack and pinion double-piston symmetrical structure, it offers fast and smooth operation, high precision, and large output power. Reverse rotation can be achieved by simply changing the assembly position of the piston.

The extruded high-quality aluminum alloy cylinder body, with its precisely machined internal bore and external surface, undergoes hard anodizing (in special cases, anodizing + Teflon coating), ensuring long service life and a low friction coefficient.

Integrated design: all double-acting and single-acting actuator models share the same cylinder body and end covers, making it easy to change the acting mode by adding or removing springs.

Combined pre-loaded safety spring sets allow for convenient and safe installation or adjustment of the number of springs, both during assembly and on-site use.

Two separate adjustment screws on the external side provide utmost convenience for actuators already installed on valves, allowing adjustment of the valve open and closed positions. For full stroke adjustment, longer adjustment screws are additionally provided at both end covers.

Multifunctional position indicator offers visual on-site indication, compliant with VID/VIE3845 and NAMUR standard slots. It can accommodate and output all accessories, such as limit switch boxes, electric positioners, and position sensors (e.g., Pepperl+Fuchs, Turck).

The air source interface complies with NAMAR standards, allowing direct installation of NAMAR standard solenoid valves.

Composite material bushings on the back of the rack, piston guide rings, and output shaft bearings prevent metal-to-metal friction, enhance lubrication, resulting in low friction and long service life.

All fasteners are made of stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance.

Connection parts comply with the latest international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337 (F03-F25), ensuring interchangeability and universality in product installation.
