XTM-107 Series Single-Column Hydraulic Press Application Scope: This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for stamping, forming, shallow drawing, shaping, and pressure assembly of metal or non-metal parts; pressing of motor rotors and stators, assembly of electronic connectors and electrical components, pressing of eyewear, mold locking, and hardware parts.

Features of Single-Column Hydraulic Press

1. Adopts a robust open-frame structure with integrated welding, ensuring sufficient rigidity of the body while providing convenient operating space.

2. This series of hydraulic presses uses liquid pressure of 2-20 MPa as the power source, with an external three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase AC220V 60Hz power supply.

3. Pressure, stroke, holding time, and shut height can all be adjusted independently for convenient operation.

4. Equipped with an automatic counting function; an electronic scale or grating and display can be added to accurately show the cylinder displacement status.

5. The pressing stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, or proximity switch.
6. Available in manual and semi-automatic control modes, equipped with an emergency return button; a safety light curtain hand protection device can also be installed.
