II. Description of CNC Servo Hydraulic Press：

1: Control System:

The CNC system of this equipment is developed using configuration software, with a high-color configuration touch screen as the interface, forming a human-machine dialogue window that greatly facilitates users to intuitively input and call production parameters, and monitor on-site production process data including equipment status. The control system uses products from the international brand Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, effectively ensuring operational reliability, stability, and versatility of the equipment.

2: Operating Principle

The equipment drives the cylinder for up and down pressing operations through the CNC hydraulic system. It interfaces with the human-machine interface operation window, allowing customers to set pressing parameters for their products on the configuration touch screen, visually monitor pressing data, and perform online pressing detection. The equipment features multi-stage pressing speed control including rapid descent, pressing, pressure holding, and return, ensuring effective pressure and displacement accuracy during the pressing process.

If the operator's hand enters the machine during operation, the machine stops instantly, ensuring operator safety.

2. Parameter Settings: Pressure holding time, upper and lower limit positions of the slide, working feed position, equipment force output, light curtain status, equipment operating speed, pressing force detection settings, idle shutdown time, etc.

3. Auto/Manual Switch Button (on the side of the touch screen installation box: power indicator, power switch, equipment reset, three-color indicator light, alarm buzzer) and other buttons.

4. Capable of storing customized control processes for different products; able to display force-displacement pressing curves. Can store force and displacement detection data generated during the pressing process and export data directly in EXCEL format; can connect to a printer to directly print touch screen data.
