II. Description of CNC Servo Hydraulic Press:

1: Control System:

The CNC system of this equipment is developed using configuration software, with a high-color configuration touch screen as the interface, forming a human-machine dialogue window. This allows users to intuitively input and call production parameters, and monitor real-time production process data, including direct monitoring of equipment status. The control system uses products from the internationally renowned brand Mitsubishi of Japan, effectively ensuring operational reliability, stability, and versatility of the equipment.

2: Equipment Operation Principle

The equipment drives the cylinder for up-and-down pressing operations through a CNC hydraulic system. The human-machine interface allows users to set pressing parameters for specific products on the configuration touch screen, enabling intuitive viewing of pressing data. It also supports online pressing detection. The equipment features multi-stage speed control for rapid descent, pressing, pressure holding, and return, ensuring effective pressure and displacement accuracy during the pressing process.

①.Energy Saving:The equipment uses a servo hydraulic control system, saving about 70% electricity compared to conventional hydraulic presses, with an hourly power consumption of approximately 1.2 KW.

②.Environmental Protection:This equipment features low noise and low oil temperature. The noise is effectively controlled within 60 decibels. It includes an air-cooling device that automatically activates when the oil temperature exceeds 40°C.

③:High Precision:The equipment uses a servo motor and servo pump to control overall operation, allowing adjustment of pressing stroke and speed based on actual product requirements. The pressure repeat accuracy is within 1%, and the position repeat accuracy is within ±0.05mm.

Safety:An emergency stop button and safety protection light curtain are installed at the front of the machine. In case of malfunction, the operator can press the emergency button to stop the machine immediately. If the operator's hand enters the machine during operation, the machine stops instantly, ensuring the operator's safety.
