Suitable for welding 022Cr19Ni10 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel structures, primarily used in the manufacturing of synthetic fiber, fertilizer, petroleum, and other equipment.
An ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with a rutile-type coating, offering excellent welding process performance, good resistance to porosity, resistance to coating reddening and cracking, and superior resistance to intergranular corrosion.
AC, DC reverse polarity (AC, DC+), with DC reverse polarity recommended.

1. Drying Requirement: Electrodes must be baked at 300°C for 1 hour before use and used immediately after baking.
2. When using AC welding, spatter is higher, the coating is prone to reddening, and penetration is shallower; therefore, DC reverse polarity welding is recommended.
3. Use low current and short arc welding as much as possible during welding, with minimal oscillation amplitude.
