Description:

       J506D is a low-hydrogen potassium type electrode specifically designed for root welding, suitable for both AC and DC. During root welding, it achieves single-sided welding with double-sided formation, featuring stable arc, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing back weld formation. It eliminates the need for back gouging and back welding, thereby improving work efficiency, but it is not suitable for multi-layer welding.
Application:

      Specifically used for root welding in groove preparations of carbon steel and low-alloy steel structures, such as 16Mn, 09Mn2Si, and shipbuilding grades A, B, D, and E.
