TOOLOX44 mold steel bars/plates/round steel/round bars/steel materials/qualities/materials/blocks are supplied in a pre-hardened condition, with a factory hardness of approximately 45HRC.

TOOLOX44 Mold Steel Nitriding Treatment Process:

After surface nitriding treatment, the hardness of TOOLOX44 mold steel can reach 65HRC.
