1. Product Characteristics

The emulsified asphalt produced by this product exhibits an extremely wide compatibility with various aggregates. This means that in practical applications, it can bond well with many different types of aggregates, thereby meeting diverse road construction needs. The prepared mixture has the significant advantage of a long mixing time, providing more ample operational time during construction and reducing construction quality issues caused by time constraints. At the same time, this emulsified asphalt has distinct slow-setting and slow-curing characteristics, allowing it to stabilize gradually after construction, ensuring the stability of the pavement structure. Additionally, it possesses excellent emulsification properties, producing emulsified asphalt with good stability that is less prone to layering or breaking during storage and transportation, ensuring product reliability.

1. Usage Method

• Preparation Stage: Precisely measure the required emulsifier in advance.

• Aqueous Phase Treatment: Add the measured emulsifier to an appropriate amount of water, then start the stirring device and slowly heat to 60 - 70°C. Within this temperature range, the emulsifier can fully dissolve and disperse evenly in the water, preparing it for the subsequent emulsification reaction with asphalt.

• Asphalt Treatment: Meanwhile, heat the asphalt to 120 - 130°C to bring it to a state suitable for emulsification.

• Emulsification Stage: Once both the aqueous phase and asphalt reach their respective temperatures, begin the production of emulsified asphalt. Use specific equipment and processes to ensure thorough mixing and emulsification of the two.

• Prime Coat: Effectively penetrates the base layer surface, enhancing the bond between the base and surface layers.

• Slurry Seal: As a key material for slurry seals, it significantly improves the pavement's skid resistance, waterproofing, and smoothness.

• Cold Recycling: Plays an important role in cold recycling processes, aiding in the reuse of old pavement materials and reducing construction costs.
