The ring hammer crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., in industries including mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, and highways, for both intermediate and fine crushing operations. The ring hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating hammer to impact and break materials. It features a simple structure, high crushing ratio, and high production efficiency, and can perform both dry and wet crushing. The gap between the grate bars can be adjusted according to user requirements to change the discharge particle size, meeting the diverse needs of different users. The main working component is the rotor equipped with hammers (also called hammerheads). The rotor consists of the main shaft, disc, pin shaft, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Materials are fed into the machine from the top feed inlet and are crushed by the impact, shock, shear, and grinding action of the high-speed hammers. At the lower part of the rotor, a screen plate is installed. Particles smaller than the screen size are discharged through the screen plate, while larger particles are retained on the screen plate for further impact and grinding by the hammers until they are discharged through the screen plate.
