ZKS Series Vacuum Conveyor

The vacuum conveyor operates by using a vacuum pump to extract air, creating a vacuum state at the suction nozzle inlet and throughout the entire system. Powder and granular materials are drawn into the nozzle along with external air, forming a material-air flow that travels through the suction pipe to the hopper, where air and material are separated. The separated material then enters the receiving equipment. Conveying and discharging are accomplished through the continuous opening and closing of a pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by the central control system. It minimizes dust environmental pollution and ensures sealed powder handling with no leakage: the entire conveying process occurs within a closed system, preventing powder leakage; improves the working environment; occupies minimal space, enabling powder conveyance in confined areas, making the workspace aesthetically pleasing and unrestricted by distance.
