The 5 mm diameter probe incorporates a new generation HUMICAP? sensor, delivering industrial-standard humidity measurement performance. The HMP9 is a stable instrument with fast response and low hysteresis across various applications.

(2) Significantly Reduced Contaminant Impact

In environments with high concentrations of chemicals and cleaning agents, the optional chemical purge function heats the sensor to remove harmful substances, helping the probe maintain measurement accuracy between calibration cycles. The chemical purge can be initiated manually or programmed to activate at set intervals.

(3) Flexible Connectivity

The probe is plug-and-play compatible with Vaisala Indigo series transmitters, which are versatile instruments supporting multiple interface types, including analog or digital output, configurable relays, and wireless (WLAN) configuration. It can also operate as a standalone digital Modbus RTU transmitter on an RS-485 serial bus. For easy access to field calibration, device analysis, and configuration, the probe can be connected to Vaisala Insight software.
