1.Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System

The Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the national standard GB 51348-2019 "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings," achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy consumption metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes functions for the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as monitoring, metering, control, and protection of the controlled equipment, along with human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication capabilities. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via a network to form a comprehensive and integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

Unified Equipment Control

Building equipment adopts one-to-one control, with consistent wiring and programming, facilitating construction, debugging, and operation management.

All building equipment control systems use a single communication bus, unifying cable types and communication protocols, making wiring and debugging more convenient.

High System Reliability and Stability

Controllers are highly standardized and undergo strict quality assurance. Each controller failure only affects a single building device, ensuring high system reliability.

IC-HMI Function:
IC-HMI uses dedicated software that engineers can program. Different brands of HMI use different software. Engineers can design the content displayed on the screen, monitor data, and design "buttons" for operational control.

IC-SPI Function:
(1) Supports manual switch operation and monitoring of open/close status.
(2) Detects electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and residual current.
(3) Provides protection functions including short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), overcurrent, and lightning protection.
(4) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.
(5) Monitors temperature rise in each phase cable and the environment.
(6) Includes an interface for聯(lián)動 control of cooling fans.
(7) Supports response to fire alarm聯(lián)動 control signals.

IC-POM Function:

(1) Supports manual switch operation and monitoring of open/close status.

(2) Supports multiple drive modes for motors, including direct start, star-delta start, frequency conversion start, bypass frequency conversion start, dual-speed start, and dual-direction start.

(3) Provides local monitoring functions such as motor operation indication, stop indication, fault indication, manual/automatic mode switching, start, and stop.

(4) Monitors temperature rise in motors for fans and pumps.

(5) Offers protection functions including short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, overcurrent, and motor overtemperature.

(6) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.

(7) Provides text-based operation monitoring for frequency converters (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(8) Includes聯(lián)動 control for cooling fans (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(9) Supports response to fire alarm聯(lián)動 control signals.
