Overview of G.AF Cooling Fan Energy Efficiency Controller:

The G.AF Cooling Pump Energy Efficiency Controller is professionally applied in central air conditioning cooling systems. It features a communication interface with refrigeration hosts, collects real-time outdoor environmental temperature and humidity, process pipeline data, and communicates with the central air conditioning intelligent controller. The controller aggregates and analyzes the obtained information to perform unit count, frequency, opening degree, and switching control for the cooling pump inverter, soft switch, cooling system switching valves, and regulating valves. Simultaneously, it collects feedback data, energy consumption data, and uploads them to the central air conditioning intelligent controller via the communication bus.

Functions of G.AF Cooling Pump Energy Efficiency Controller:

1: First, perform constant temperature control for the refrigeration system, using the return water temperature signal as the target signal.

2: Second, allow the target value of the pressure difference to be appropriately adjusted within a certain range based on the return water temperature. When the room temperature is low, the target value of the pressure difference is appropriately reduced, decreasing the average speed of the refrigeration pump and improving energy-saving effects.

3: Third, take environmental temperature factors into account during operation, further enhancing energy-saving effects.

4: Fourth, collect feedback data, analyze and store the collected feedback data, generate new control rules, and incorporate new control rules.

5: Regularly organize and analyze control data to revise new control strategies, ensuring optimal system control.

6: Collect data from power meters installed in the circuit, calculate the system's comprehensive energy consumption ER curve, and optimize control further.
