1.Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System

The Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the GB 51348-2019 "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings," achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy consumption metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as the monitoring, metering, control, and protection functions of the controlled equipment, along with human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication functions. The system interconnects building equipment control systems through a network to form a comprehensive and integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

Unified Equipment Control

Building equipment adopts one-to-one control, with consistent wiring and programming, facilitating construction, debugging, and operation and maintenance management.

Integration of Communication and Wiring

All building equipment control systems use a single communication bus, unifying cable types and communication protocols, making wiring, debugging, and construction easier.

High System Reliability and Stability

Controllers are highly standardized and undergo strict quality assurance. Each controller failure only affects a single building device, ensuring high system reliability.

IC-HMI Function:
IC-HMI uses dedicated software that engineers can program. Different brands of HMI use different software. Engineers can design the actual content seen on the screen using this software, monitor data on the screen, and design "buttons" to achieve operational control.

IC-SPI Function:
(1) Equipped with manual switch operation and open/close status monitoring functions.
(2) Capable of detecting electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and residual current.
(3) Provides protection functions such as short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), overcurrent, and lightning protection.
(4) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic control unit.
(5) Equipped with temperature detection functions for each phase cable and the environment (temperature rise).
(6) Includes an interface for linked control of cooling fans for heat dissipation.
(7) Supports response functions for fire alarm linkage control signals.
