Energy efficiency monitoring, diagnosis, energy-saving strategy calculation and execution, equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis, smart operation and maintenance, remote control, unattended operation, and other functions, providing customers with "full-process efficiency and full-process worry-free" service.
Supply/Exhaust Air Energy Efficiency Control Cabinet
■ Integrated power and low-current design eliminates the need for customers to separately configure "ventilation fan power distribution cabinets (boxes)" or "ventilation fan control cabinets (boxes)."
■ Available in "master control" and "slave control" types. The master control box includes a programmable controller, while the slave control box does not have a controller but is equipped with relay modules to communicate with the master control box, enabling the master controller to control all networked supply/exhaust fans in the control boxes.
■ Each ventilation energy efficiency control cabinet integrates the power distribution and control of supply and exhaust fans.
■ For individual fans with power < 5.5kW, variable frequency control is not used; the energy efficiency control cabinet enables start/stop control.
■ For individual fans with power ≥ 5.5kW, variable frequency control is adopted, and a frequency converter is configured.
■ During selection, the model is chosen based on the number and power of the supply/exhaust fans.
■ Multiple control modes: remote, local, automatic control, manual control, etc.
■ Enables start/stop control and frequency adjustment of supply/exhaust fans, as well as switch control of supply/exhaust air dampers.
■ For locations such as underground parking garages where CO concentration may exceed standards, CO concentration sensors are added to precisely control supply and exhaust air volumes based on CO2 and CO concentrations.
■ Monitors the power consumption of supply/exhaust fans and generates energy efficiency reports for supply air volume, exhaust air volume, and power consumption.
■ Fault alarm and protection functions: Provides relevant fault detection and protection functions, issues audible and visual alarms, and records fault alarm history.
■ Parameter setting function: Requires an upper computer to complete, enabling the setting and optimization of CO2 and CO concentration control values in controlled areas.
