1.Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System

The Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the national standard GB 51348-2019 "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings," achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy consumption metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes functions for the distribution, transformation, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as monitoring, metering, control, and protection of the controlled equipment. It also features human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication capabilities. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via a network to form a comprehensive, integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

IC-HMI Function:
IC-HMI uses dedicated software that engineers can program. Different brands of HMI use different software. Engineers can design the actual screen display, monitor data on the screen, and design "buttons" for operational control.

IC-SPI Function:
(1) Supports manual switch operation and monitoring of switch status (open/close).
(2) Monitors electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and residual current.
(3) Provides protection functions including short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), overcurrent, and lightning protection.
(4) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.
(5) Monitors temperature rise of each phase cable and the environment.
(6) Includes an interface for聯(lián)動(dòng) control of cooling fans for heat dissipation.
(7) Supports response to fire alarm聯(lián)動(dòng) control signals.

IC-PO Function:
(1) Supports manual switch operation and monitoring of switch status (open/close).

(2) Monitors electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, and energy consumption.

(3) Enables local/remote open/close control for all output circuits.

(4) Provides protection functions including short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence (optional), and overcurrent.

(5) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.

(6) Supports response to fire alarm聯(lián)動(dòng) control signals.

IC-POM Function:

(1) Supports manual switch operation and monitoring of switch status (open/close).

(2) Supports multiple drive modes for motors, including direct start, star-delta start, frequency conversion start, frequency conversion start with bypass, two-speed start, and bidirectional start.

(3) Provides local monitoring functions such as motor operation indicator, stop indicator, fault indicator, manual/automatic mode switching, start, and stop.

(4) Monitors temperature rise of motors for fans and pumps.

(5) Offers protection functions including short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, overcurrent, and motor overtemperature.

(6) Features an S-bus interface, supporting online communication with the control core electronic unit.

(7) Includes text-based operation monitoring for frequency converters (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(8) Supports聯(lián)動(dòng) control of cooling fans for heat dissipation (optional, available in frequency conversion drive mode).

(9) Supports response to fire alarm聯(lián)動(dòng) control signals.
