Self-operated temperature control valves perform automatic temperature regulation without external energy sources. They are suitable for various heat exchange conditions using media such as steam, hot water, and thermal oil. Widely applied in automatic temperature regulation for heating, air conditioning, and domestic hot water, as well as in special working conditions such as chemical, textile, and pharmaceutical production processes.

Working principle: Self-operated temperature control valves utilize the principle of thermal expansion of liquids and their incompressibility to achieve automatic regulation. The liquid expansion within the temperature sensor is uniform, providing proportional control. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature-sensing liquid inside the sensor expands or contracts accordingly. If the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve stem downward to close the valve and reduce the flow of the heating medium. If the temperature is lower than the set value, the temperature-sensing liquid contracts, and the return spring pushes the valve stem to open, increasing the flow of the heating medium.
