I. AT-BOS Overview of Integrated Building Equipment Monitoring System

The integrated building equipment monitoring system, in accordance with the requirements of Section 18.14 of the "Standard for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings" GB 51348-2019, achieves building monitoring and management functions such as equipment monitoring, power monitoring, lighting control, residual current monitoring, energy metering, building environment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. The system equipment includes the distribution, conversion, protection, control, metering, and safety of electrical energy, as well as the monitoring, metering, control, and protection functions of the controlled equipment, along with human-machine control operations, information and status display, and network communication functions. The system interconnects building equipment control systems via networks to form a comprehensive integrated power supply, monitoring, and control system.

IC-POM Drainage Pump Energy-Saving Controller

Monitoring of drainage systems meets the following requirements:

1. In the sump, a level gauge is installed to measure the water level, with the upper limit signal used to start the drainage pump and the lower limit signal to stop the pump; an ultra-high level triggers an emergency alarm and activates dual-pump drainage;

2. Display the operating status and fault alarms of submersible sewage pumps;

3. When the main drainage pump fails, the backup pump should automatically engage; 4. The integrated submersible sewage pump box allows switching between manual and automatic operating modes;

5. Enables rotation of multiple pumps based on cumulative operating time or the number of starts.

IC-POM Fan Energy-Saving Controller

Function introduction: Monitoring of ventilation system equipment meets the following requirements:

1. Monitor the operating status, automatic/manual mode, and cumulative operating time of each fan;

2. Control the timed start/stop of fans based on usage schedules;

3. Monitor fault alarm signals from fans;

4. Control the number of fans operating and their speed based on parameters such as air volume balance and pressure in the service area;

5. In underground parking garages, control the number of ventilation fans operating and their speed based on CO concentration or the number of vehicles detected;

6. For equipment rooms with high heat generation and ventilation requirements, such as power distribution rooms, control the start/stop, number of operating fans, and their speed based on usage conditions or indoor temperature monitoring;

7. For dual-purpose fans (normal and firefighting), normal fan control is integrated into the system, while firefighting control automatically takes over during fire emergencies.
