Overview of Residual Pressure Monitoring System

To ensure that the residual pressure in evacuation passages remains effectively controlled during a fire, preventing the spread of smoke while allowing evacuees to easily open fire doors for escape and ensuring safe疏散, our company has developed a residual pressure monitoring system in strict accordance with national standards GB50016-2014 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" and GB51251-2017 "Technical Standard for Building Smoke Control Systems." This system integrates industrial computer technology, communication, electromagnetic interference resistance, digital sensing technology, and industrial fieldbus control technology into an intelligent system. It provides 24-hour real-time automatic monitoring of the residual pressure status in evacuation passages and issues alarms for abnormal pressure conditions. During a fire, the system can automatically regulate the air supply volume of mechanical pressurization systems and can also be remotely controlled from the fire control center.

Product Function Introduction:

GCRP-Z Residual Pressure Monitor

The residual pressure monitor can monitor, record, and print the working status of all residual pressure detectors and controllers within the system, promptly notifying fire control room personnel of alarms and enabling remote operations.

GCRP-K Residual Pressure Controller

Used to receive signals and data from residual pressure detectors, it regulates the residual pressure within the specified safe range by controlling electric pressure relief valve actuators and feeds back the on-site working status to the residual pressure monitor.

GCRP-T Residual Pressure Detector

Monitors and displays the residual pressure values between the anteroom and corridor, as well as between the stairwell and corridor. It feeds these values back to the residual pressure controller and also reports its own operational status (working, alarm).

Installed in anterooms and stairwells, the residual pressure detector uses built-in air pressure collection holes and tubes (mounted on the top or back) to measure the pressure difference between the stairwell (high-pressure zone) and corridor (low-pressure zone) or between the anteroom (high-pressure zone) and corridor (low-pressure zone).
