The air jet sieve analyzer meets the basic needs for air jet sieving of certain powders. Place the powder sample to be tested into the instrument, simultaneously activate the negative pressure generation device and the timer on the touch screen, and air jet sieving of the powder can be performed. The air jet sieve analyzer realizes the air jet sieving theory of classification first and sieving second, and can also determine the percentage of particle size limits.

The instrument internally uses an imported American electronic vortex generator. In coordination with the negative pressure generation device, the air jet sieve analyzer produces a precise and sensitive negative pressure air vortex. This vortex drives the powder to rise through the nozzle, collide with the sieve lid, and remove agglomerated particles. The powder is re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size.
