The instrument is equipped with an imported electronic vortex generator from the United States. The powder is then re-sucked by the vortex onto the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the sieve mesh and are stored in the negative pressure generator or sample collector, while larger particles remain on the test sieve. Throughout the process, the electronic vortex generator controls the three-dimensional movement of particles by size, achieving the air jet sieving theory: classification before sieving. By replacing test sieves with different mesh sizes for sequential sieving, the percentage of particle size limits is ultimately obtained.
