Liquid Level Control Float | ||
| 1. Performance Features: The float control switch is a switch capable of regulating liquid levels in tanks, troughs, or wells. It operates automatically, is easy to install, safe and reliable, maintenance-free, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. It is resistant to sewage and widely used in containers such as pools, tanks, and barrels for water, oil, acid, and alkali in households, factories, and mines. 2. Technical Parameters: Rated Current: Voltage: 10 (8A) 250V - 10 (4) A 380V; Rated Power: 1KW; Operating Temperature: -10°C to 90°C; Operating Pressure: 1 atm; Service Life: >5000 cycles; Lead Length: 4M (custom lengths available upon request). 3. Installation and Wiring Methods: Using brown and black wires: When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is closed (on). When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is open (off). Using brown and blue wires: When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is closed (on). When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is open (off). Unused wires must be absolutely insulated. It is recommended to use a voltage of 24V for the float level controller. 4. Counterweight Installation Method: A. Thread the float switch cable through the center recessed hole of the counterweight, then gently push the counterweight so that the plastic ring above the hole dislodges due to the cable head's pressure. (If necessary, use a screwdriver to remove this plastic ring.) Place this dislodged plastic ring on the cable at the desired position to set the liquid level. B. Gently pull the cable until the counterweight locks onto the plastic ring. The counterweight will not slip if lightly secured to the ring. If the plastic ring is damaged or lost, use bare copper wire of the same diameter to secure the cable instead. The counterweight is provided only upon request. Please route the cable directly to the control box and avoid using intermediate connectors whenever possible. If connectors are unavoidable, ensure the cable connector is never immersed in liquid.
