The AL-HSR12 Rolling Microwave Hydrothermal Synthesizer provides a fast and automated solution for samples, accelerating the synthesis reaction speed under high-pressure conditions. It is suitable for the synthesis of nanomaterials, inorganic materials, and high-temperature pressure-resistant systems, widely used in research institutes, universities, and other units.


Features:

The instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the service life of the instrument and ensuring the uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The cavity is specially made of 85L large-capacity 316L stainless steel material. The self-locking buffering explosion-proof furnace door ensures the safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure in case of abnormal reactions. The furnace door and cavity are tightly sealed, with microwave leakage complying with national standards. The instrument uses a dual-control system for temperature and pressure to monitor and display the synthesis experiment in real-time. 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing the same microwave environment for all samples and improving the consistency of experimental results.

The rolling rotation method places the reaction vessels horizontally, ensuring uniform mixing of reactants inside the vessels.

When the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the set protection value, the microwave heating automatically stops. The explosion-proof membrane has a dual safety function: if the pressure exceeds the membrane's capacity, it ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.

*10. 7-inch touch screen LCD display with touch operation, real-time display of temperature, pressure, and power in the sealed reaction vessel, along with temperature, pressure, and power curves. Includes functions for saving and querying experimental records.

11. 85L large-capacity 316L stainless steel cavity with 6 layers of corrosion-resistant PFA Teflon coating. Resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.
