The correct use and proper maintenance of riveting machines and their molds, as well as auxiliary equipment, are directly related to the work quality and service life of the equipment.
Maintenance tasks for riveting machines
(1) Lubricate according to the equipment's lubrication chart.
(2) Drain the water and impurities from the air system oil-water separator. Add lubricating oil to the oiler, adjust the oil injection volume, so that the riveting machine evenly injects a few drops of lubricating oil in each working stroke.
(3) Before work, check the fixation and connection of each part of the equipment, open the air system and check that the system pressure is not less than 0.5 MPa.

(4) Before formal riveting, test run the machine to check whether each mechanism is working normally.
(5) Select the riveting mold and adjust the riveting machine according to the interlayer thickness of the riveted part, the rivet diameter, and the working openness.
(6) Perform a test riveting to check the riveting quality (head height, diameter, and shape) and the surface quality of the riveted part (for dents, scratches, pressure marks, and other defects).
