The company possesses over 500 sets of specialized equipment, including modern intelligent processing centers, (robotic) gantry manipulators, CNC machine tools, and conventional machine tools, as well as an extra-large vertical lathe capable of processing diameters up to 3.5 meters. Yongyi Valve Group Co., Ltd. primarily produces more than a dozen varieties and over 2,000 specifications of valves, including safety valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and non-standard valves. These products can be designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI, API, DIN, BS, JIS, and GB standards. The main materials used for valve bodies include WCB, WC1, WC6, WC9, ZGCr5Mo, ZG15Cr1Mo1V, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, 12CrMoV, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, among others. Drive methods include manual, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic linkage. The nominal diameter ranges from DN10 to 3000 and 1/2 inch; working pressure ranges from 0.6 to 42.0 MPa and 150Lb to 2500Lb; working temperature ranges from -196°C to 700°C. The products are widely used in industries such as power plants, boilers, petroleum, chemical engineering, urban construction, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, metallurgy, and mining. Some products have replaced imports and are applied to key equipment in national key engineering projects.
