Double-head small packaging filling machines are suitable for quantitative liquid filling in the range of 100ml—5000ml (below 5L). Depending on the filling volume requirements, a

DN15 or DN20 flow transmitter is generally selected; the filling nozzle can be of internal or external sealing type.

Double-head medium packaging filling machines are suitable for quantitative liquid filling in the range of 10L-20L (above 5L). A DN25 caliber flow transmitter is selected; the filling nozzle can be of internal or external sealing type.

Double-head small-to-medium packaging filling machines are suitable for quantitative liquid filling in the range of 1.8L—20L. A DN20 caliber flow transmitter is selected; the filling nozzle can be of internal or external sealing type.

2. Filling accuracy of double-head edible oil filling machines: small packaging is better than ±5g; medium packaging is better than ±10g

Small packaging: ≥360 barrels/hour (calculated per barrel of 5L);
