Epoxy Resin Filling Drum Equipment is a quantitative mass measurement system developed by our company, Yantai Hongjian Measurement and Control Equipment Co., Ltd., for the production and sales measurement of liquid chemical products. The unit of measurement is kilograms. It is mainly suitable for quantitative drum filling, quantitative truck loading, workshop measurement, and reactor feeding of various liquid products such as chemical additives, ammonia water, tert-butanol, plasticizers, solvent oil, edible oil, acetic acid, intermediates, gasoline and diesel, formaldehyde, etc. The system adopts advanced temperature tracking and density compensation measurement methods to ensure that measurement errors caused by temperature changes during the liquid filling process are always controlled within 0.2% accuracy. The system is low-cost, stable in performance, and the filling process is fast and simple.

Epoxy Resin Filling Machine [Brief Workflow]

1. Position the drums (they can be placed in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and the number of drums into the liquid quantitative measurement control instrument;

3. Insert the filling gun into the drum and start the instrument to begin measuring and filling the drums;

4. The control instrument issues a start control command, opens the relevant valves, starts the pump, and begins the material dispensing and filling measurement;

5. When the preset filling value is reached, close the relevant valves and pump;

6. Move to the second drum, insert the filling gun into the drum, and follow steps 3, 4, and 5 above to fill until all drums are filled.

The above workflow is an automatic filling process, controlled automatically by the control instrument. During filling, the instrument can be started by pressing the remote control or the instrument button (explosion-proof remote control function is optional).

[Operation Process] Taking 200 kg/drum and needing to fill 20 drums as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 20 → Start (filling begins, and the pump automatically stops after reaching 1000 kg).

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty drum and press Start again...... until all 20 drums are filled.
