The mobile tanker dispenser 200kg drum filling machine consists of components such as a liquid flow metering control instrument, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, balance check valve (or pipeline check valve), integrated oil gun (or combined oil gun), filter, etc. The liquid flow metering control instrument collects the volume pulse signal from the flow transmitter in real-time and achieves real-time temperature compensation for liquid density by collecting the temperature signal from the temperature transmitter, thereby enabling dynamic mass measurement of liquid flow. It is mainly suitable for quantitative measurement and control in industries such as vegetable oil, lubricating oil, petroleum, chemical, paint, resin, beverages, and alcoholic beverages.

Mobile Tanker Drum Filling Equipment [Brief Workflow]

1. Position the drums (can be placed in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and the number of drums into the liquid quantitative metering control instrument;

3. Insert the filling gun into the drum and start the instrument to begin metering and filling the drum;

4. The control instrument issues a start command to open the relevant valves and start the pump, initiating the material dispensing and filling measurement; 

5. When the preset filling value is reached, close the relevant valves and pump; 

6. Move to the second drum, insert the filling gun into the drum, and follow steps 3, 4, and 5 above to fill until all drums are filled. The above workflow is an automatic filling process, controlled automatically by the control instrument. Filling can be initiated by pressing the remote control or instrument button (explosion-proof remote control function is optional). 

[Operation Process] Example: 200kg/drum, 20 drums to be filled:

1. Insert the filling gun into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Set Quantity → 20 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump after reaching 1000kg).

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty drum and press Start again...... until all 20 drums are filled.
