Automated Quantitative Barrel Filling Equipment Workflow:

1. Position the barrels (can be arranged in rows for convenient filling);

2. Directly input the quantitative filling weight in kilograms and the number of barrels from the liquid quantitative metering control instrument;

3. Insert the oil gun into the barrel, start the instrument to begin metering and filling the barrels;

4. The control instrument issues commands to open the relevant valves and pumps, starting the material dispensing and metering;

5. Shut off the relevant valves and pumps when approaching the preset value;

6. Switch to the second barrel, insert the oil gun into the barrel, and follow the above steps 3, 4, and 5 for filling until all barrels are filled.

7. After the filling and dispensing metering is completed, the built-in printer of the control instrument prints the dispensing results (including: weight in kilograms, year, month, day, hour, minute—the instrument has a clock function).

The automatic filling process of the liquid dispensing and metering equipment is controlled automatically by the control instrument. Filling can be initiated by pressing the remote control or the instrument's buttons.

Liquid Dispensing and Metering Equipment Operation Process: Taking 200 kg/barrel, with 50 barrels to be filled as an example:

1. Insert the filling head into the barrel

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 50 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump upon reaching 200 kg)

3. Insert the filling head into another empty barrel and press Start again. After 50 barrels are filled, the results are automatically printed.
