The ash cone observation method uses a CCD industrial camera, with a 10-inch 4:3 digital LCD monitor for graphic display. It features an integrated structure with left-side sample loading and unloading for convenience and speed. The single-chip microcomputer automatically controls the heating rate, completing the heating process for ash fusion temperature determination according to national standards. It also allows for selection and modification of control parameters within a certain range, with an optional heating program for other heating and constant temperature processes. It is an intelligent laboratory instrument for coal ash fusibility testing.

Ash Fusibility Determinator Technical Parameters:

1. Control method: Centered on a single-chip microcomputer, automatically calibrates measurement temperature and current, and uses automatic phase-shift triggering of thyristors for closed-loop control of heating current. Completes the heating process for ash fusion temperature determination automatically according to national standards, with multiple fault prompt functions.

2. Temperature measurement range: Room temperature - 1600°C, resolution 1°C, equipped with an S-type thermocouple.

Ash Fusibility Determinator Instrument Structure:

This instrument consists of a high-temperature furnace body, an LCD display, and a control circuit. The rear panel includes fuses and power terminals.

Ash Fusibility Determinator Installation Instructions:

(I) Controller Installation

1. Adjust the camera so that the lens is aligned with the observation hole of the high-temperature furnace.

Note: Maintain a distance of at least 15cm between the camera lens and the furnace observation hole to prevent damage from high temperatures.

2. The power supply used should have sufficient wire gauge, with an external 30A fuse.

3. The instrument should be placed to facilitate heat dissipation.

4. Keep away from strong electromagnetic interference devices.

5. Connect the power cord, furnace body wire, and thermocouple according to the indications on the rear panel.

(II) Furnace Body Installation

1. Carefully insert the silicon carbide tube into the corundum outer tube, then insert the corundum inner tube into the silicon carbide tube. Place small fragments of lightweight refractory brick or gaskets at both ends between the silicon carbide tube and the corundum outer tube.

2. Install electrodes at the aluminum-sprayed parts of the silicon carbide tube. Connect the wire with magnetic beads to the furnace terminal. Note: Avoid contact between the silicon carbide tube clamp and the metal parts of the furnace to prevent short circuits.

3. Insert the thermocouple into the upper part of the furnace observation cover and secure it with screws, ensuring the thermocouple is positioned in the upper part of the furnace's corundum inner tube.

4. Connect the power supply to the power terminals on the rear cover of the ash fusion temperature determinator.
