Introduction to FX Series Connectors
FX Series straight plug-and-pull connectors are used in applications with high-density installations, relatively confined spaces, and where rotational mating and separation are difficult. They are widely applied in military and civilian fields such as radio equipment, infantry equipment, ruggedized computers, medical devices, testing and inspection equipment, audio and video devices, data acquisition, industrial control, and other scenarios for the transmission of AC/DC, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.
Features of FX Series Connectors
1. High Speed: Capable of directly transmitting various standard protocol high-speed signals (USB2.0, USB3.0, HDMI, SATA, DP, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, etc.).
2. Smallest Shell Size: FX101 has a maximum outer diameter of only 12.4mm.
3. Integrated Transmission: A single connector can achieve integrated transmission of low-frequency, power, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.
4. Straight Plug-and-Pull: Allows blind mating and enables quick connection and separation.
5. Features: Shielding, sealing, environmental resistance, and long lifespan.
6. Multiple Key Identification: Provides anti-misinsertion functionality.
7. Plug and Socket: Straight push-pull locking structure.
8. Socket Installation: Nut-fastened installation with a conductive O-ring for shielding and sealing.
9. Socket Leakage Rate: With a pressure difference of 1×10? Pa, the leakage rate should be <1.0 Pa·cm3/s (excluding optical and RF products).
10. Water Pressure Resistance: After mating, the connector can withstand water pressure at 2m depth for 24 hours (excluding optical and RF products).
11. Versatility: Both plugs and sockets can accommodate either pins or sockets (excluding optical and RF products).
12. Termination Methods: For high-speed and low-frequency contacts, plugs use wire soldering, while sockets offer both wire soldering and straight PCB soldering.
13. Multi-Key Positioning: Utilizes keying structure and color coding for dual anti-misinsertion protection.
