Technical Features:

1. No need for boiler usage certificate

Effective water volume ≤30L, according to TSG11-2020 "Boiler Safety Technical Regulations," no boiler usage certificate is required, no annual inspection is needed, and no boiler operator or boiler certificate is required. Simple and convenient to use.

4. 316L material heating element

The boiler heating tube is made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The heating tube is filled with high-temperature magnesium oxide powder and sealing materials, withstanding temperatures up to 900°C, further ensuring the service life of the electric heating tube. The heating tube is connected to the furnace body via flange, making replacement, repair, and maintenance convenient and simple.

5. Multiple interlock safety protection systems

The product is equipped with safety valves, pressure controllers, and other overpressure protections to prevent dangerous accidents caused by excessive pressure. It also features缺水 protection, automatically stopping operation when water supply is cut off to prevent dry firing and damage to electric heating elements.
