III. Introduction

1. Introduction to Air Heating Units

* This equipment is specifically developed by the company for industrial and mining enterprises as a heating and ventilation device. It features stable performance, long service life, and a high degree of automation.

* The product is divided into two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than 110℃.

* The product is equipped with a control system developed by the company. It automatically adjusts the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring comfort and safety in the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.

2. Technical Advantages

  * Due to excessively low temperatures in mines during winter, freezing may occur, posing production safety risks. To address this issue, our company developed the air heating unit, which serves as a mine ventilation and heating device. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature above 2℃, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.

  * An air heating chamber is set up nearby. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The air intake of the unit faces the intake window of the chamber, and the outlet is connected via a duct to deliver heated air. Through the automatic control system, the mixed temperature of heated air and natural intake air is maintained between 2-2.5℃.

3. Technical Features

1. Stable performance and safe operation

* Thanks to the highly automated and integrated air heating equipment, the outlet air temperature remains constant, keeping the ventilation temperature within safe operating conditions. This avoids the issue of inadequate ventilation temperature often seen in conventional air heater designs due to unstable heat media or performance degradation of heat transfer components, thereby eliminating production safety hazards.

2. Automatic operation, enabling unmanned operation

* The air heating unit is equipped with an intelligent electric temperature control valve that automatically adjusts steam flow to strictly control the outlet air temperature. The computer control cabinet includes a fan frequency conversion adjustment device that tracks signals from mixed temperature sensors to automatically regulate air output, ensuring the ventilation temperature always operates within the specified range.

3. Long service life with no overall performance degradation

* Traditional air heaters often suffer from performance degradation after several years of use due to oxidation of heat transfer components or other reasons, leading to operational failures. Hot air furnaces also experience shorter lifespans over time due to oxidation and corrosion during idle periods. While the heat exchange components in air heating units may also experience operational degradation, the system can automatically adjust ventilation air volume via the control system to ensure long-term safety of ventilation facilities. Additionally, air heating units are not prone to corrosion, resulting in a longer service life. With high-stability components, the service life of air heating units can exceed 10 years.

* Due to automatic intelligent control, energy consumption is strictly managed according to ventilation requirements, resulting in steam consumption being only half that of traditional air heaters.

* In traditional air heater hot air systems, manual control often leads operators to set the operating temperature at 5℃ or even higher to prevent risks from low temperatures, resulting in energy consumption 2-3 times higher than the optimal operating condition of 2-2.5℃.

5. Highly integrated electromechanical structure for easy installation, maintenance, and management

* The air heating unit integrates high-performance heat transfer components, fans, and an automated control system into a cohesive unit, simplifying installation, operation, and maintenance.

* Intake temperature, outlet temperature, and heat media temperature are all displayed on the control panel's LCD screen, making all parameters clear at a glance. Additionally, data can be remotely transmitted via an R485 interface, enabling computer remote monitoring and greatly facilitating management.

* Multiple units share a single computer control cabinet, automatically starting, shutting down, and alternating operation based on actual needs.
