Ordinary Box-Type Resistance Furnace (Integrated Muffle Furnace) features a function that starts timing upon power-on or begins constant temperature timing upon reaching the set temperature. With microcomputer intelligent control, it eliminates issues such as temperature overshooting, ensuring excellent temperature control. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, providing precise and stable temperature regulation. Audible and visual alarms activate in case of faults, and the heating output is automatically cut off. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate through folding and welding, with the control box integrated into the furnace. The elegant appearance simplifies installation for customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular monolithic structure made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. Spiral heating elements, wound from iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, are threaded through the wire slots on the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining, enabling heating from all four sides. The furnace interior is sealed, with a insulation layer constructed from refractory aluminum silicate fiber and diatomite products between the inner furnace and the shell.
