This machine complies with the requirements of GB/T16584 "Rubber—Determination of Curing Characteristics Using a Rotorless Curemeter", ISO6502, and Italian standards for T10, T30, T50, T60, T90 data. It is used to determine the characteristics of uncured rubber and identify the optimal curing time for the compound. The machine utilizes an imported intelligent digital temperature control instrument, which is easy to set up, offers a wide temperature control range, and high control accuracy. Its stability, repeatability, and accuracy are superior to those of conventional rotor curemeters. Data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing of test results are managed through computer control and interface boards, fully demonstrating its high level of automation. It also features functions such as curve comparison and magnification. Operating on the WINDOWS series platform with a graphical software interface, it ensures more accurate data processing, making user operations simple, fast, flexible, and easy to maintain. It mainly consists of the main unit, temperature measurement, temperature control, sensors, computer, lower computer data acquisition, printer, and electrical interlocking components.
