KEBBY-D1 Fully Automatic Turns Ratio Tester

I. Product Overview
During the production process of power transformers, whether semi-finished or finished products, before newly installed transformers are put into operation, and in accordance with the preventive test regulations of the power department, turns ratio or voltage ratio testing of transformers is required. Traditional ratio bridges are cumbersome to operate, provide non-intuitive readings, require necessary conversions, and can only perform single-phase testing, resulting in low work efficiency.
The KEBBY-D1 Fully Automatic Turns Ratio Tester overcomes the shortcomings of traditional ratio bridge testing. It features a large color LCD screen with Chinese menu prompts, making operation simple and intuitive. It completes three-phase ratio testing in one go, offering fast testing speed, high accuracy, and comprehensive protection functions.
II. Safety Measures
1. Be sure to read this manual carefully before using the instrument;
2. The operator of the instrument should have knowledge of electrical equipment or instruments;
3. The instrument must be reliably grounded during use;
4. The power supply for this instrument is AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz±1Hz;
5. The instrument outputs high voltage; pay attention to safety and prevent electric shock;
6. This instrument can be used both indoors and outdoors but should avoid harsh environments such as rain, corrosive gases, excessive dust, high temperatures, direct sunlight, etc.;
7. The instrument should avoid severe vibration;
8. Maintenance, care, and adjustment of the instrument should be performed by專職測(cè)試人員 (dedicated testing personnel);
9. The yellow, green, red, and black test clips correspond to the transformer's A, B, C, and O phases respectively; do not reverse the high and low voltage side test leads;
10. For single-phase measurement, only use the yellow and black clips; do not use the wrong ones. Unused test clips should be left suspended.
