KEHLY-C Intelligent Circuit Resistance Tester

I. Purpose and Features
According to the new "Handover and Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment," the test current for measuring the conductive circuit resistance of various switching devices must not be less than 100A. In response, our company has designed and developed a new generation of 50A/100A intelligent circuit resistance testers in compliance with the new regulations. The resistance range has been improved from the old model's 1999.9mΩ to 19999μΩ. 
In addition to significantly expanding the range compared to the old model, the KEHLY-C Intelligent Circuit Resistance Tester has been equipped with a USB (optional function) data transmission port to facilitate user data collection via computer. This allows test data from the instrument to be copied via USB drive to a PC terminal, making data analysis, comparison, and long-term storage more convenient for users.
This intelligent circuit resistance tester is suitable for measuring the contact resistance of main contacts in high and low voltage switches, as well as the DC resistance of high and low voltage cable lines. The tester provides two constant current output modes: 50A and 100A. With an output voltage of up to 10V, it allows the use of thinner test leads, greatly reducing the workload for field testers. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a single chip, ensuring high accuracy, repeatability, and ease of operation. Test data is displayed on an LCD screen, making it suitable for various working environments.
