Product Features
1. The upper and lower valves of the feeding device are interlocked to ensure free falling of materials, enhance air penetration, and achieve better cooling effects.
2. Powerful air injection and dual-pressure door lock technology ensure an air volume more than 2.5 times that of traditional rice whiteners, effectively suppressing temperature rise.
3. The new feed hopper changes the original material suction direction, enabling cold rice to enter the machine.
4. The newly designed rice cooling tank adopts the principle of vertical ventilation ducts, increasing the volume of cold air. Dynamic cooling of rice can be achieved. The outlet rice temperature is 1°C lower than the original design.
