Part-turn electric valve actuators are driving devices that enable valves to achieve opening, closing, or regulating control. They are suitable for valves that perform 90° rotation, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and dampers.

Local/Remote Operation

Integrated and integrated regulating electric actuators are equipped with knobs, providing users with both local and remote control methods.

1) Local Control: Rotate the operation knob on the button box cover to the local position. Rotate the open and close operation buttons; the green light illuminates when the valve is fully closed, and the red light illuminates when the valve is fully open. Rotate to the stop position to cease local operation.

2) Remote Control: Rotate the knob to the remote position to switch to remote control.

7.4.3 Integrated Module Debugging Method

1) Manually place the electric actuator in the middle position.

2) Connect the AC380 power supply; the LCD indicator light will illuminate. If there is a phase loss in the power supply, the phase loss indicator light will illuminate.

3) Position feedback signal adjustment during conventional control. Move the electric actuator to the fully closed position, adjust the zeroing potentiometer on the integrated module so that the voltage at the two test points is close to zero (2mV), then adjust the 4mA potentiometer to set the output signal to 4mA; move the electric actuator to the fully open position, adjust the 20mA potentiometer to set the output signal to 20mA. The above adjustments need to be performed only once.

Note: For both the zeroing 4mA-20mA potentiometers, rotating clockwise increases the output signal, and rotating counterclockwise decreases it. If the output signal decreases when rotating the aforementioned potentiometers clockwise, swap the wires on both sides of the potentiometer.
