KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner, independently developed and produced by Jinan Kaidi Company, is a low-cost cleaning agent specifically designed for removing coal tar residues and related equipment buildup. Kaidi KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner is a water-based, environmentally friendly cleaner with penetrating, dispersing, solubilizing, and emulsifying properties. It exhibits excellent cleaning capabilities for grease and dirt, with superior degreasing and stain-removing power, fully capable of replacing solvent-based cleaners such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. This product contains no inorganic ions, is antistatic, easy to rinse, with minimal or no residue, and enables low-foam cleaning. It helps improve working conditions and prevents environmental pollution. Additionally, while cleaning, it effectively protects the surfaces of the materials being cleaned from corrosion.

In coking plants, gas pipelines, coal tar storage tanks, various gas generators, and their intercoolers are prone to accumulating coal tar residues, oil coke, tar, and other deposits over prolonged use. This buildup significantly hinders the normal operation of equipment and may even lead to safety incidents. Therefore, removing various types of coal tar from equipment surfaces is crucial. Application Scope of Kaidi Coal Tar Residue Cleaner:

Suitable for cleaning heavy oil stains and coal tar residues in various pipelines, hardware components, precision metal parts, electroplated parts, electronic components, bearings, stamped parts, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, as well as in mechanical manufacturing and repair, automotive manufacturing and repair, agricultural machinery repair, and equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Usage Instructions for Kaidi Coal Tar Residue Cleaner:
1. Usage Concentration: Add the cleaner to water at a concentration of 5%-10%. Increasing the concentration can enhance cleaning effectiveness, and a relatively higher concentration is recommended for manual cleaning.
2. Cleaning Temperature: Can be used at room temperature, but cleaning efficiency is better at temperatures between 50-80°C.
3. For heavily soiled surfaces or when dealing with high-melting-point greases, manually or mechanically remove part of the sludge first, then use KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner with heating for cleaning.
4. Depending on the characteristics of the items to be cleaned and the degree of soiling, methods such as immersion, brushing, soaking, spraying, boiling, or ultrasonic cleaning can be employed.

5. For optimal results, mix Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 Coal Tar Residue Cleaner with Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L214 Coal Tar Coke Residue Cleaner in a 1:1 ratio.
