II Product Characteristics

Fluorosilicone nano waterproof coating topcoat is a non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-volatile nano emulsion. When diluted with water at a ratio of 1:15, this product can penetrate into the capillary pores of architectural coatings, forming a colorless and transparent waterproof layer. It creates a breathable and hydrophobic invisible protective layer on the exterior coating, allowing internal moisture to evaporate while preventing external rainwater from penetrating. It exhibits a lotus leaf-like hydrophobic effect, providing waterproofing, dust resistance, and corrosion protection, thereby enhancing the coating's lifespan and performance.

IV Usage Instructions

1. The substrate must be dry, clean, and free of dust, oil stains, and other contaminants.

2. Dilute directly with water at a ratio of 1:15. Apply evenly by spraying or brushing twice using the "wet-on-wet" method. Allow to dry for 24 hours before inspection. Avoid contact with water or oil within 24 hours, as this may affect the performance.

3. One liter of diluted solution can cover 5-10 square meters, depending on the porosity of the substrate.

V Storage and Transportation

1. Storage temperature: Above 0°C, store in a cool and ventilated place.

2. Product shelf life: Over 36 months.
