IV. Precautions

When bonding steel in water-containing environments on the ground, the water must be drained first, and then the process for bonding steel plates under ordinary conditions should be followed. The same applies to repairs.

When bonding steel in completely underwater environments, first use an underwater grinder to remove attachments from the concrete surface. Then, mix the adhesive in the correct proportion on the ground, stir evenly, and have a diver apply it directly to the concrete surface or steel plate underwater. The same applies to underwater concrete repair.
