Polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar is a two-component material formulated from polyacrylate emulsion, special cementitious materials, and high-quality aggregates. It features excellent bonding, crack resistance, freeze resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance. It can be applied directly on damp substrates and exhibits strong adhesion to various base materials.

I. Application Scope

1. Waterproofing of steel structures and reinforced concrete.

2. Impermeability treatment for reservoirs, dams, and ports.

3. Repair of concrete on roads, bridge decks, tunnels, and culverts.

4. Structural concrete reinforcement in buildings, waterproofing and leakage sealing for civil air defense facilities.

5. Anti-leakage treatment for roofs, bathrooms, and basements in industrial and civil buildings.

6. Construction resistant to chemical corrosion, such as hot water pools, landfills, chemical warehouses, and chemical tanks.

II. Performance Indicators

Note: The specification followed for chloroprene latex waterproof mortar: GB 50212-2014 "Code for Construction of Building Anticorrosion Engineering".

III. Construction Process

1. Substrate treatment: Remove the eroded layer of old concrete, clean the substrate, level it, ensuring no cracks or looseness; round off corners into arcs, and smooth any sharp areas.

Moisten the substrate 5 minutes before construction, prepare chloroprene latex waterproof plain slurry, and apply a base layer of plain slurry about 1mm thick on the substrate surface.

2. Waterproof layer construction: Prepare waterproof mortar and apply it by troweling. Mix emulsion and dry materials at a weight ratio of 1:6 until uniform. The mixed mortar should be protected from sun and wind.

3. For large areas, mechanical spraying and sectional construction can be used.

4. The applied mortar layer must be cured for 7 days.
