Aluminate inorganic anti-corrosion mortar is a special blend of polymer emulsion, specific cementitious materials, and aggregates through a unique process. This mortar exhibits excellent properties such as adhesion, crack resistance, freeze resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance. It is suitable for anti-seepage, anti-corrosion surfacing, and repair projects in steel and reinforced concrete structures across water conservancy, port engineering, highways, bridges, metallurgy, chemical industry, industrial and civil buildings, and more.

II. Product Applications

1. Repair and reinforcement of drainage pipelines and various box culverts and tunnels;

2. Concrete reinforcement of building structures, waterproofing and leakage sealing of civil air defense facilities;

3. Anti-seepage treatment for reservoirs, dams, and ports;

4. Construction resistant to chemical corrosion, such as hot water tanks, landfills, chemical warehouses, and chemical tanks;

5. Anti-leakage treatment for roofs, bathrooms, and basements in industrial and civil buildings;

6. Waterproofing for steel structures and reinforced concrete;

7. Can be applied directly on damp substrates, with strong adhesion to various base materials.

III. Product Features

1. Acid and alkali resistance, anti-corrosion;

2. High waterproof rating, impermeability pressure can reach over 1.8 MPa;

3. High strength, conventional strength is above 50 MPa;

4. Easy construction, can be sprayed or applied by trowel.
