PZ Type Water Distribution Gate Valve Nominal Diameter: 200-2000 PZ-I Type (Manual) PZ-II Type (Electric) Structural Description 1. The water distribution gate valve consists of components such as the operating console, connecting rod, valve stem, gate valve, and short pipe. 2. The PZ-I type operating console is manually operated. The handwheel is fixed together with the nut, and rotating the handwheel drives the screw rod to lift or lower. A ball bearing is installed at the lower end of the nut to reduce resistance during rotation. The PZ-II type uses a small electric motor as the power source to replace manual operation, enabling remote control for convenience and speed. 3. The gate valve is composed of the valve body and the valve disc. The valve body is a welded part, with a conical sealing ring installed at the lower end, which, together with the valve disc, forms the sealing section. The valve disc consists of a welded part and a rubber gasket, connected to the valve stem via bolt assemblies to ensure the valve's sealing performance. 4. The short pipe is used for embedding into the wall of the water distribution well and is a welded component. 5. The length of the connecting rod is determined by the height difference between the water distribution well floor and the pump room floor. This manual specifies four levels: 5 meters, 4.5 meters, 4 meters, and 3.5 meters. Users can also determine the length of the connecting rod based on the actual installation height.
