II. Structural Description
1. The water distribution gate valve consists of components such as the control console, connecting rod, valve stem, gate valve, and short pipe.
2. The PZ2 type uses a small electric motor as the power source to replace manual operation, making it convenient and efficient.
3. The gate valve is composed of the valve body and the valve disc.
(1) The valve body is a welded component, with a conical sealing ring installed at the bottom, which, together with the valve disc, forms the sealing part.
(2) The valve disc is composed of a welded part and a rubber gasket, connected to the valve stem via a ring screw assembly to ensure the valve's sealing performance.
4. The short pipe is used for embedding into the wall of the water distribution well and is a welded component.
5. The length of the connecting rod is determined by the height difference between the bottom plate of the water distribution well and the pump room floor.
